You have a USB device connected to a USB port on the hub. You safely remove the USB device from the USB port. You reconnect the same USB device or a different USB device to the same USB port on the hub. In this scenario, the computer does not detect the USB device. Note This issue affects USB 2.0 hubs and USB 2.0 components in USB 3.0 hubs.
